Ashley Griffin, PhD, MSPH

Ashley Griffin, PhD, MSPH is a postdoctoral fellow in medical informatics at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System and Stanford University School of Medicine. Her research focuses on the use of digital health technologies and patient-generated health data to empower patients and inform medical decision-making.

Dr. Griffin is an active member of the Women in American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) Subcommittee on Awards & Leadership. She has been involved in data collection, analysis, and visualization of gender-related data within the AMIA community and biomedical and health informatics field for the past four years.

Dr. Griffin is a strong supporter of equity and inclusion in informatics throughout all training and career stages.
