Poster Presenter Guidelines

Follow these guidelines to help you prepare your presentation

Poster Presentation Format

  • As part of the abstract submission policies, First Authors agree to present their abstract if it is selected for presentation.
  • Presenters are asked to print, stand with, and present their poster during their scheduled session AND are required to submit an electronic poster. All posters will be assigned a board number for display onsite at the Meeting.
  • Presenters are required to register for the Meeting

Poster Submission Deadlines, Upload Links, and Template

  • First authors should upload their poster and any optional material (slides) no later than April 24th, 2024
  • Upload your poster Here
  • Poster Template:  We are offering a customizable template to poster presenters
  • Download the Poster Template Here
  • This template is designed off the #betterposter campaign circulating at many scientific meetings.  The template ais to create a easy-to-scan and learner centric poster that minimizes an overload of text and highlights the main findings of a study.  More information about the design of the poster template is available in this YouTube video
  • Size Limitations for all posters
  • Regular posters in landscape (horizontal) format.  Try to keep the poster size at a minimum (half-size posters are preferred 36" x 42")
  • Poster Title and Abstract Number: Please include both on your poster. The title should match that which was uploaded
  • Contact Information: Please clearly print 1 email address on your poster for attendees to refer to should they have any questions or comments. If you do not wish to print your own email address, please list another email address for an appropriate contact person for your abstract.
  • Quick Response (QR) Codes
  • Ci4CC supports the use of QR codes in linking to digital copies of the poster, slides, and resources
  • QR codes must link to content relevant to the study material on which the code is placed. QR codes cannot link to websites with advertisements or for-profit company branding or logos. This includes for-profit company names in the URL or direct links to promotional email addresses.
