Therica Miller is a nationally recognized research executive with extensive management experience developing strategies and leading the administrative and financial operations of large-scale clinical research offices within industry, community hospitals and health systems, hybrid academic cancer centers and NCI designated cancer centers. Her expertise include: development of fiscally sound and efficient cancer research initiatives/programs within regulatory affairs, coverage analysis & research billing, budget and finance administration, informatics system implementation and optimization, research infrastructure, space planning, coordinating centers and oncology performance metrics.

In her current role as Executive Director of Enterprise Cancer Research at Tisch Cancer Institute of Mount Sinai, an NCI designated cancer center, Therica is responsible for planning, directing and leading implementation of strategic objectives across the research enterprise and integrating research at affiliates, consortiums, and network partners.

Her research efforts focus on removing barriers to clinical trial participation and driving efficiencies in the clinical trial continuum to reduce research & development costs, accelerate discovery, improve quality and the research patient experience. Therica has published research articles, reviews and abstracts and authored coursework on clinical trial administration and operations. Her research has appeared in notable peer-reviewed journals for which she also serves as reviewer. Serve as an advisor and lead member on the several national (AACI, ACS, ASCO, Ci4CC) projects and is routinely invited to deliver lectures nationally on topics related to clinical research efficiency. She holds an MBA in Health Care Management and is a Certified Research Professional.
