On behalf of the 26th Cancer Center Informatics Society Symposium Program Committee, co-chaired by leadership from the NCI-Designated Cancer Centers at Johns Hopkins Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center and the University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center, we are delighted that you have accepted our invitation to attend and participate in the upcoming Fall Cancer Center Informatics Society Symposium in Baltimore.


We look forward to welcoming you and engaging in meaningful discussions that will help shape the future of cancer informatics, data science, artificial intelligence, and precision oncology. Your expertise, insights, and contributions will be instrumental to the success of this important gathering.  Your participation and support are deeply valued and contribute not only to the success of the Symposium, but also to the mission of our educational society, which serves NCI-Designated and Community Cancer Centers across the nation.

To help coordinate your participation, we have prepared the following checklist outlining all required next steps.


Please Book Your Hotel & Make Travel Arrangements

  • Hotel & Airline accommodations are required. You are responsible for arranging and booking your own hotel and transportation.


Registration

  • Speakers must register themselves online
  • Registration is Free for all speakers:  Use your dedicated speaker code provided at checkout.
  • Obtain your Speaker Code via email.  If you have not received your code, email Kevin Kennedy
  • Instructions for Symposium Speakers: (Please follow the steps below)
  1. Click on Registration Button
  2. Complete all required fields on the registration page and click "Submit Registration"
  3. Click the Go to Checkout button.  Under the total, click Redeem Your Coupon
  4. Enter your code in the field provided and click Apply
  5. Click the Checkout button
  6. Review all details, then click Place Order
  7. You will see a registration confirmation page.  Please print and save it for your records, and check your email for confirmation.
  8. You’re all set!
  9. If Any Urgent Problems:  Please reach out to Mary Jo Kronberger via email and she will reach out to the Registration Team.


Your Presentation

  • Deadline to Submit your Speaker File is Monday, November 2, 2026
  • Please label your Presentation File using the following format:
  • Day, First Name , Last Name, Time > example: Day 1, John Smith, 2:30 PM
  • Presentation Format: Session & Panel Speakers Please limit your presentation between 10 and 15 minutes
  • NOTE:  You will not be able to use your laptop for presentations.
  • Speakers:  Please plan to meet with Sarah Rose Butler  on the day of your scheduled presentation to ensure your file is set up and ready.
  • Onsite AV support will be available.
