Each exhibitor will be provided with a convenient and professional setup to showcase their organization, including:

• Space for a small Pop-Up Booth
• A 6-foot wide table with a standard white tablecloth
• Power access (standard outlet)
• Wireless Internet

• Booths can be setup starting May 7th, Thursday, starting at 6 PM Local.  
• Pop-Up Booths: You are welcome to bring your own pop-up booth, as long as it fits approximately the width of your allotted space.
• Backdrops: Backdrops are welcome, however please limit size to 8 feet wide if at all possible.

• Complimentary Exhibit Booth for Cancer Centers: Stand up for Cancer Research Initiative
• This initiative provides complimentary exhibit booths for all NCI-Designated and Community Cancer Centers as part of our ongoing commitment to support the national Cancer Centers Network. While exhibit booths normally cost $10,000, Ci4CC is fully covering this expense to honor and empower our academic partners.
• Please note that registration as an Academic Member is still required, but your booth will be provided at no cost.
