Exhibit Booth Overview – 23rd Cancer Center Summit, May 16 - 18, 2025, San Diego CA
Exhibitors at the 23rd Cancer Center Summit will be provided with a 6-foot table, complete with access to power and wireless internet. This setup offers a convenient and professional space to showcase your organization.
If preferred, you are also welcome to bring your own pop-up booth display. Both options allow for flexibility in how you choose to present your materials and engage with attendees.
NOTE:
- Booths can be setup starting Thursday evening at 9 PM or Friday morning, May 16th, at 6 AM
- All exhibitors shipping packages must fill out and return the "Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa Exhibitor Shipping Form - In & Out Bound Packages"
